Article 1: Preamble
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company 3Dcoiffure Hong Kong (hereinafter “We”) and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site www.3d-extensions-cheveux.com
(hereinafter “You”).
The General Conditions of Sale may be subject to modification, the applicable conditions are those in force on the Site on the date of placing your order.
We may modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the General Conditions of Sale available.
Article 2: Contract
You acknowledge that you have the capacity to contract under the conditions described below, i.e. having the legal age of majority and not being under guardianship or curatorship. You acknowledge having read the General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Placing an order implies your full and unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.

We respond to your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. When you order, we inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase on the presentation page of each product. However, if despite our vigilance the products prove unavailable after your order, we will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. The data recorded on the site constitutes proof of the order. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Your order will only be processed after full receipt of your payment and the applicable deadlines are those on the day the payment is received.
Article 3: Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, excluding shipping costs, processing costs for your order and gift wrapping costs. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our site may be incorrectly priced. Please be assured, however, that we carry out price verification during the shipping process of your item. If the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the site, we will apply the lowest price and send you your item. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the site, we will notify you and proceed to cancel your order unless You choose to accept the order at the new price.
If ordering from a country other than Hong Kong, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, or import duties or state taxes may be payable. Article 4: Payment
Payment for your entire order must be made upon validation of the order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or deposits.

Payments by bank checks or bank transfers are not accepted.

Article 5: Delivery
All our packages are sent within 24/48 hours from our warehouses, the delivery time from this date is then approximately 3 to 8 working days. Our products are sent in bubble envelopes or overprotected cardboard boxes for optimal protection during transport.
Delivery is made to the address you gave us when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier you choose, and are indicated in working days, from our premises or those of our supplier, for delivery to the United States or Europe. The departure order is given after full receipt of the amount of your order. This deadline is provided for information purposes only. In any case, in the event of a shipment delay of more than 21 days, you have the option of canceling your order within 60 working days.
The delivery time can sometimes be longer than 3 weeks in very rare cases, this is the result of the global health crisis that we are currently experiencing and/or carrier failures during delivery between countries, we are in no way responsible for delivery delays which are the fault of the carriers.
If the package is returned to us following an error or negligence on your part (error in address, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not collect the package from the post office, etc.), the costs of reshipping the products will be your responsibility. We would like to point out that these costs must be paid prior to reshipment.

In this case, we will exchange the product. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition, and the package must not have been opened. Return costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof.

Article 6: Description of the products
All products sold on the site are new. Each product offered on the site is the subject of a detailed description sheet in the online catalog. The information is that given by the manufacturers. The photos of the products, as well as their descriptions, may not accurately reflect the characteristics of the products despite the care taken with these details. We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for erroneous data transmitted by manufacturers.
Article 7: Return
For hygiene reasons, please understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In any case, please first contact customer service by email.
Conditions to respect:
1- Condition of extensions and packaging
THE HYGIENE LABEL MUST NOT BE TEARED OR PEELED.

The package containing the extensions must be intact. Hair must be in its original condition. They must not have been unpacked, brushed, or even worn. The collar should be in place.
2 - Smell
The hair must be odorless. The presence of a perfume, treatment or shampoo odor will make the product ineligible for return and/or exchange.
3 - Shipping
Sending should only be made after validation of the return conditions with technical support. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss of the package before its arrival in our warehouses will be your responsibility.

If you wish to make a return because you believe your product is defective, after confirmation from customer service via photos, you will get a full refund.
Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made by the accounting department within 20 working days.
- For payment by credit card, the reimbursement will be credited to the linked bank account.
- For payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the Paypal account used at the time of the order.
Article 8: Limitation of liability
We decline all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Hong Kong. We cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage which may arise as a result of the purchase of the products.
