Return and Refund

RETURN

For hygiene reasons, please understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after-sales service are respected. In any case, please first contact customer service by email.

Conditions to respect:

1- Condition of extensions and packaging

The package containing the extensions must be intact. Hair must be in its original condition. They must not have been unpacked, brushed, or even worn. The collar should be in place.

2 - Odor

Hair must be odorless. The presence of a perfume, treatment or shampoo odor will make the product ineligible for return and/or exchange.

3 - Shipping

The shipment must only be made after validation of the return conditions with customer service. After validation of the reason and return conditions with customer service, the return must be made 14 days after receipt of your order.
The hair must be placed in a protective package with the order number and your exact contact details. 
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss or damage to the package before its arrival in our warehouses will be your responsibility.

If you wish to make a return because you believe your product is defective, after confirmation from customer service via photos, you will get a full refund.

REFUND

Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made by the accounting department within 20 working days.

  • For payment by credit card, the reimbursement will be credited to the linked bank account.
  • For payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the Paypal account used at the time of the order.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of order: after placing your order, you have 4 hours to cancel it, before processing in the logistics and carriers' computer systems.
